LUNCH/SNACKS:

On school days off and early dismissal days when your child does not have lunch at school, you will need to send a sack lunch.

Please pack snacks daily or inquire about Afterschool Club's Snack Program available at your site.

SCHOOL DAYS OFF/EARLY DISMISSAL:

School Days Off: held at Fairhaven School on designated days-OR- Hawthorn North School, 301 Hawthorn Parkway, Vernon Hills -OR- Butterfield School, 1441 W. Lake Street, Libertyville (See your site director for details.)

A minimum signup is required for the site to be open. Check signup sheet for details.

Field trips and special lunches are not included in the tuition and may require an additional fee.

Early Dismissal: held at Fairhaven School

HOURS OF OPERATION:

AM Program (before school)

Session 1: 6:00 a.m. until the start of school day

PM Program (after school)

Session 4: school dismissal until 6:00 p.m.

Please make sure to notify your child’s teacher/school and school transportation department of your child care arrangements.
