Kiddie University

Dear Parent(s),

We have some exciting news: Afterschool Club® and Kiddie University Pre-School are joining forces to better serve Lake Villa’s families!

Kiddie University is closing its existing location (we lost our lease) and moving to the Afterschool Club facility, located in Nielsen Plaza at 210 Lake Avenue in Lake Villa.

What does this mean for you?

For Kiddie University Families it means a great new location, with a larger facility, great fenced playground, and expanded enrichment program (Bonus: once your preschoolers graduate to grade school, they’ll have access to friendly, familiar after school care!)

For Afterschool Club Families it means that younger siblings (ages 3 and 4) can now go to “school” at the same place as brother or sis. Preschool classes take place during regular school hours, so before and after school programs won’t be affected in any way.

Students will begin attending class in September at the new location. (Worried about transition? With more room to play and more things to do, we think everyone will quickly take to our wonderful new space! We will do everything possible to make sure your children feel secure.)

Of course, we realize you may have a few questions. We encourage you to talk to your child’s teachers/caregivers. In addition, please feel free to call us with your concerns or questions. We are always available to you at 847.548.2445.
