TUITION FEES

(Tuition is due the first day of attendance each week.)

$185.00 for 10 days

** Each additional sibling receives a 50¢ per day discount – Session 4 only.

Discount does not apply to Play Dates drop-in option.

LUNCH/SNACKS:

Lunches and snacks are provided per DCFS regulations.

SCHOOL DAYS OFF/EARLY DISMISSAL:

School Days Off: held at Cherokee School on designated days -OR- Hawthorn North School, 301Hawthorn Parkway, Vernon Hills (See your site director for details.)

A minimum enrollment is required for the site to be open.

Field trips and special lunches are not included in the tuition and may require an additional fee.

Early Dismissal for Cherokee and Sheridan students: held at CherokeeSchool

Early Dismissal for Deerpath students: They attend either Cherokee School -OR- Everett School, whichever is their neighborhood grade school.

PLAY DATES:

Register your child for the Afterschool Club Play Date Program.

To make a play date, call your director a couple of days in advance to verify availability; then let your child's teacher know that he/she will be going to Afterschool Club on that day.

Each time your child attends, we mark it off on the Play Date card.

Additional sessions may be purchased.

AM Program (before school)

There is currently no AM Program available at this time due to low enrollment. Speak to your director if you are interested in a morning program. A minimum enrollment is required to open.

PM Program (after school)

Session 4: school dismissal until 6:00 p.m.

HOURS OF OPERATION:

Sheridan School may be a future site.

A minimum enrollment is required to open.

See your Director for updates.

*Deerpath students attend either Cherokee School -OR-

Everett School, whichever is their neighborhood grade school.
